Added some extra cleaning in lib/c/Makefile

Enabled stdio for VxWorks and fixed a potential bug where null was used as a buffer in the event of a failed memory allocation.

Exposed constructor for generated code in case automatic calling not
supported on platform.

linker section tricks. Fallback is to manually call the init function of
each labcomm module.

[GNU] ld tricks (instead we rely on cpp tricks and some heuristics
for memory allocation) so we probably should rewrite labcomm compiler
to generate cleaner code for this use-case.

New scheduler abstraction in place.

labcomm_internal_encode, this triggered lots of changes to handling of 
stacked writer allocation. Twoway example is not finished yet.

Start of adding GPLv3 licensensing.

Labcomm cleanup (still more to do)

by referring to liblabcomm.a in liblabcomm.so).

labcomm_encode_type_index, labcomm_encoder_end

Added test of generated C encoders.

encoder indices (linker magic provided). 

Testcase for some of the encoding/decoding functions.
