Managed to combine both xlim and xdf parsers so we can build programs that use both at the same time.

Can now parse and prettyprint config-sheet.xml. Unfortunaely some bug came afloat in the x3d example in the process.

Moved x3d directory to below examples/. May now create more examples without cluttering the project root.

grammar generation before it can be tested though.
