unified multiprocessing API, cleaned up code. not perfect because the communication paradigm is not enforced, but then again the communication is so simple and straightforward that this is perfectly usable as-is right now. with this i wrote a 'ProcessManager' for camera input, and a ControlLoopManager to go along with it to test that it works
