Wire-frame is generated correctly on teapot for OBB but not for AABB
where there is an offset.

Can now add a wire frame oriented bounding box to the x3d representation and then generate a new x3d file.

Can now parse and prettyprint config-sheet.xml. Unfortunaely some bug came afloat in the x3d example in the process.

Moved x3d directory to below examples/. May now create more examples without cluttering the project root.

Cleaned up main program and made it possible to control naming an d placement of generated code. Created a README
