getting closer to using casadi withing SMC. fixed opencv with conda. ellipses... 

getting closer to using casadi withing SMC. fixed opencv with conda. ellipses put in but untested. added something to __init__.py's, hopefully more usable now but definitely not done. whatever was last changed in drawing example. freedrive_v2 is here - it's freedrive but in controlLoop to get all of those benefits.
